What to include

The more context you give, the faster we can sort it out:

• Your account ID or the details linked to your account
• The page, feature or service involved
• Roughly when it happened
• A clear description of the problem
• Screenshots or a recording, if you have them
• Order or payment details, for payment questions

Do not send anything we do not need, such as your password, a verification code or your full card number.

Staying safe from fakes

Be careful with anyone who claims to be from AnonSpin outside our official channels.

• Never share your password or one-time verification codes.
• Ignore payment instructions or requests for money that do not come through the app.
• Report suspicious links, impersonation, scams or abuse straight away.
• If you think your account or payment details are at risk, contact us as soon as you can.

What happens next

We look at each request based on the type of issue, how serious it is, how clear the information is, and any checks we need to resolve it safely.
