The agreement

These terms cover your use of AnonSpin: our website, the mobile web experience, public pages, content feeds, messaging, matching, calls, payments and any related service.

By using AnonSpin you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any extra rules, notices or feature-specific terms that apply to particular services.

If you do not agree, stop using AnonSpin. If you keep using it after we update these terms, you accept the new version.

Who can use it

AnonSpin is not for anyone under 18, or under the minimum age in your country if that is higher. You may only use it if the laws that apply to you allow it.

Whatever you give us when you register, log in, verify, buy something or set up a profile must be accurate, current and complete. Keep your login details private: you are responsible for everything done through your account.

• Do not create an account with false, misleading or stolen information.
• Do not transfer, sell, rent or share your account without permission.
• Do not get around security checks, rate limits or access controls.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account, your login details are lost, or there is any other security problem.

What we offer

AnonSpin is a social platform for meeting and talking to people. What is available can change over time, and may include:

We may add, change, limit, pause or remove any feature at any time for legal, operational, product, security or business reasons. We do not promise that a particular feature will always be there or will never be interrupted.

Spins, chats and calls

AnonSpin may offer direct messages, notices, club conversations, random matching, video matching, and voice and video calls. They exist so people can meet and talk, and you must use them lawfully and respectfully.

Never use them to stalk, threaten, blackmail, harass or scam anyone, to arrange anything illegal, to send harmful links, or to push someone into something unsafe or against our rules.

• We do not guarantee who you are matched with, whether people reply, or the quality of a call.
• You decide how you interact with others, including whether to keep talking and what you share.
• If you meet abuse, suspicious behaviour or anything unsafe, use the block and report tools.

Your content

Depending on the feature and what you choose, your display name, profile photo, public profile, videos, photos, comments and some posts may be visible to other users or to the public. Search engines may also list them.

You are responsible for everything you publish, upload, show or share. Only share what you have the right to publish and are comfortable making public.

• Public content can be viewed, shared, cached or listed by search engines.
• Deleting content from AnonSpin does not guarantee it disappears straight away from search results, caches or other sites.
• It is your job to make sure your content does not break the law, anyone else's rights or our rules.

How to behave

Use AnonSpin lawfully, responsibly and respectfully. Do not use it to harass, exploit, deceive or harm others, or to disrupt the service.

• No illegal, infringing, fraudulent or misleading content.
• No sexual content involving minors, exploitative content, violent threats, hate speech or anything that breaks safety standards.
• Do not pretend to be someone else or mislead people about who you are or who you represent.
• No bots, scripts, automation, scraping, reverse engineering or other technical abuse.
• No scams, off-platform payment schemes, spam or other abusive commercial activity.

Extra rules may apply to posting, comments, clubs, messages and calls; our House Rules spell them out. Breaking them can lead to removed content or limits on your account.

Payments and virtual items

AnonSpin may sell coins, VIP memberships, virtual gifts, premium features, paid content and other digital goods or services. Prices, descriptions, eligibility and rules are shown on the relevant purchase, payment or account pages.

Payments may be handled by third-party providers. We do not necessarily store full card details, and your payment information may also be covered by the provider's own terms and privacy policy.

• Virtual items and digital benefits have no cash value, unless the law requires otherwise.
• Completed purchases of digital goods, or services already used, are generally not refundable, except where the law requires it or a product's own rules say so.
• Fraud, chargebacks, payment abuse or suspected unauthorised use can lead to cancelled orders, limited features, an account review or suspension.
• Access to what you bought can depend on your account status, product availability, technical compatibility and our operating rules.

Ownership

AnonSpin, including its software, design, branding, structure and content, belongs to AnonSpin or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and unfair competition law.

You keep your rights in content you lawfully create and upload. You give us the permissions we reasonably need to host, display, process, moderate, distribute, store and run that content as part of the service.

• Only upload content you have the right to use and publish.
• Do not copy, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer or exploit our protected material without permission.
• If your content infringes someone else's rights, you may be responsible for the claims, losses or enforcement that follow.

Other services and links

AnonSpin may work with or link to other companies for sign-in, payments, analytics, hosting, content delivery, support tools and navigation. Some links open in an external browser or take you to pages we do not control.

Those services have their own terms, privacy notices and practices. Your use of them is between you and them, unless the law says otherwise.

• We do not guarantee that other services are available or secure.
• We are not responsible for the content, policies or actions of websites and services we do not run.
• Read the terms and privacy practices of any other service you choose to use.

When rules are broken

We may look into suspected breaches of these terms, our safety and payment rules, our House Rules or the law. Where reasonably necessary to protect AnonSpin, its users, partners or the public, we may:

• remove content, limit it or block access to it;
• warn you, or limit posting, messaging, matching or purchases;
• suspend, review, freeze or close an account;
• cancel transactions, hold back benefits or reverse items we granted, where the law and our rules allow;
• keep relevant records and cooperate with legitimate legal or regulatory requests.

If your account is closed, some data may be removed or anonymised within a reasonable time. Some records may be kept where needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, disputes or enforcement.

Your privacy

How we collect, use, store, share and protect personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. For anything about your data rights, retention, cookies, sharing, third-party processing or children's privacy, the Privacy Policy is the main reference.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under privacy or consumer protection law.

Limits of our promises

We work to keep AnonSpin available, secure and useful, but as far as the law allows, it is provided “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, that any feature will always be there, or any particular social, commercial or personal result.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by other services, content posted by users, interactions between users, access to your account caused by you not keeping your login safe, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when our services, product, the law or our risk controls change. For important changes, we may update the “Last changed” date and tell you in the service or another suitable way. If you keep using AnonSpin after the new terms take effect, you accept them.
