On camera
Live video is where the principles matter most, because the other person cannot look away from what you show them. When you are in a chat:
- Keep it clean. No nudity, sexual acts, violence, drugs or weapons in your frame.
- Be yourself. Do not pretend to be someone else, or play pre-recorded or fake video.
- Respect their privacy. Do not record, screenshot or share anyone without their consent, and never post someone else’s personal details.
- No selling. No advertising, contact details for other apps, or requests for money or off-platform payment.
- Leave the room adult-only. Nobody under 18 should be on camera, in the room or in the chat.
If the other person breaks these rules, end the chat and report them.
Not allowed, by place
Some things are checked before they appear on your profile or in a club. Pick a place to see what is not allowed there.
Your profile photo must not show:
Club introductions and the reasons you give for joining or creating a club must not contain anything from any of these lists.
Face verification
If you are asked to verify your face, the video is only approved when:
- you recorded it yourself, in good light, with nothing covering your face;
- your profile photo, video show, photos and verification video all show the same person.
What happens if you break them
We take rule-breaking seriously. Depending on how serious it is and how often it happens, you may get:
We decide the right action based on what happened. Breaking these rules can also break our Terms of Service.
